Cardiology Consultants Medical Group of The Valley

Prescriptions are renewed during normal office hours and you must be currently under our care (i.e. seen within the last 12 months). We would appreciate it if you have the pharmacy fax a request to our office, with the following information:

Your name and telephone number (spell last name)
Pharmacy name
Pharmacy phone number
Medication name, dosage, and quantity
Directions on how to take the medication

Refills generally take 24 to 48 hours to process. If at any time you have questions about how to take your prescription, please do not hesitate to call the office and ask to speak to one of our nurses. She or he will answer your questions, or if necessary, talk to your physician and get back to you promptly.

Prescription refills will not be processed after regular business hours except in the case of true emergencies.
